ARNOLD

Margo Arnold represents clients in entertainment, intellectual property, defamation, and privacy litigation in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations. She has handled high profile defamation matters at both the trial and appellate level and recently prevailed on affirming an Anti-SLAPP ruling at the California Court of Appeal. As part of her practice, Ms. Arnold advises clients on privacy matters ranging from online impersonation to misappropriation of name and likeness.

Ms. Arnold also represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex business litigation, including protection of copyright and trade secrets, employment disputes, interference with contract, and fraud.
